Hmm…interesting.

So I stumbled across this site called “Studio 90” which also claims to be an “open, collaborative production company.” At first I was thinking, well this is kind of cool. Then I started looking into it a bit further. (images are linked to the original content)

The reason I bring this up is because of the legal rights granted to hitRECord as outlined in the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

I’m all about there being more places for people to collaborate and such, but…I feel like blatantly ripping off hitRECord, to point of using the exact same language for your site…I’m not really ok with it.

Thoughts?

There’s been a spate of re-uploaded images to hitRECord lately, and it’s starting to grate a bit.  For instance, if someone writes a tiny story to go with a certain drawing or photo, they re-upload someone else’s image and then put the text at the bottom (not even on the image itself).  

It just makes it look like the ‘writer’ did the drawing as well. 

Hrm.  Doesn’t seem right to me.

Call Out To Clowns, Freaks and Performers.

Is there footage of you in clown make-up? Are you a mime in your spare time? Do you have any freaky gift or do you have a party trick that is particularly enjoyable to watch?

Essentially looking for snippets that would fit into an audition tape for a circus. If you have footage it, upload it. Once you have, add it to the Dr Sweet-Tooth collaboration.

PS - If you already have footage on the site, I will probably already have found it.
